If it ain't accurate, it ain't OURS
Movie-accurate stormtrooper costumes are a rare item. Many near-duplicates exist, but with discrepancies that make them the everyday look-alike in the costume field. A proper costume is cast, and unadulterated, from a true screen-used suit; the molds being mostly lost in action. While the true suit replicas are not cosmetically perfect, they are the closest most people will ever owning these peices of cinematic history.

My first Movie Trooper costume
This was the day my first suit was assembled for the first time, and worn by me. It was so early on, I hadn't any gloves yet ;)
Accuracy, realism. A movietrooper craves these things!
Accuracy is a double-edged sword. While people thought that the suits looked perfect on screen, this is because they were well, on screen. Costumes rarely look as good in person, and to seek something that does defies the nature of "replica". If you want movie-accurate, you take the good with the bad. "Good enough" troop costumes are smoothed-out copies from makers like Marco, that once held a license for making a very enlarged and groteque version of the suit.

This is one of my favorite images
This is my good friend Hal. I took this picture on his birthday. I think he likes to be in pictures.
